Job summary

Rivian is seeking a Field Service Technician III in Ohio to deliver high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences across service locations. The role requires strong automotive repair skills, high voltage knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with Service teams and customers.

The position may initially operate remotely with eventual on-site work at a Rivian service center. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited automotive repair program is preferred.
• 5+ years in a traditional automotive repair shop is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency while maintaining safety and quality.
• Perform or assist with diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles.
• Support vehicle repairs outside of a service center as needed.
• Conduct road tests to ensure repair quality.
• Manage parts orders, receiving, shipping and inventory.
