Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduation from automotive repair school preferred.
• 5+ years in a traditional automotive repair shop preferred.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and diagnostic workflows.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and CAN Bus basics.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency and safety.
• Perform or assist with diagnosis, repairs, installations, and inspections on vehicles.
• Support vehicle repairs outside of a service center when needed.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
• Handle parts ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory.
• Stay current with technical skills and required training.
• Provide service support to the field and customers.
• Document repairs accurately and maintain expense reporting.
