Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency while ensuring quality and safety.
• Perform or assist with diagnosis, repairs, installations and inspections on vehicles.
• Conduct road tests to verify quality of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate expense reporting and parts operations as needed.
• Provide field service support and customer-facing communication.
