Job summary

The Carlisle Group (TCG) is partnering with a Morgantown, PA-based client to appoint a Technical Service and Parts Manager. This hands-on leadership role will direct technical service, field service, remote support, spare parts, and customer service administration for North America, reporting to the President.

You will lead a 6-7 person field service team and drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field preferred.
7-10+ years of experience supporting industrial machinery or highly automated manufacturing systems.
3-5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within a service organization preferred.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and controls technologies.
Experience with PLC-based control systems and machine installations.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical service, field service, remote support, spare parts, and customer service administration functions.
Serve as the organization’s highest-level technical resource and lead resolution of complex service situations.
Manage a team of Field Service Engineers, Technical Service Engineers, Spare Parts Specialists, and a Customer Service Administrator.
Travel approximately 25% to support installations and service.
