Job summary

The Carlisle Group (TCG) seeks a Technical Service and Parts Manager to lead the service organization for North America. This hands-on leadership role requires extensive experience with industrial machinery, PLC-based controls, and customer support operations.

You will guide field service teams, remote support, spare parts, and service administration. The ideal candidate will manage installation, startup, warranty resolutions, and ongoing service programs while developing people, processes, and

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechatronics/ Electronics or Mechanical engineering preferred.
7–10+ years supporting industrial machinery or capital equipment.
3–5+ years leadership experience in a service organization.
Strong understanding of industrial automation and controls technologies.
Experience with PLC-based control systems and HMI.
Experience with servo motors, drives, and motion control.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical service, field service, remote support, spare parts, and customer service administration functions.
Serve as the organization’s top technical resource for North America.
Resolve complex machine, warranty, installation, and emergency service issues.
Manage a team of 6–7 Field Service Engineers, 2–3 Tech Service Engineers, 2 Spare Parts Specialists, and a Customer Service Administrator.
Travel approximately 25% to customer sites and installations.
