• Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.
• Provides 2nd level technical support to other technicians.
• Drives revenue opportunities through supply leads, contract sales, and equipment/print assessment leads.
• Performs diagnostics, installation, removal, and retrofits on core equipment; trains others as needed.
