EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions, seeking a Senior Field Service Technician IV to join the Energy Systems team in Carrollton, TX. You will serve as a technical expert, delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of complex battery and power systems while mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting, project coordination, and ensuring safety and quality across service delivery.

Qualifications

Technical degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, electronics technology).
5+ years of proven experience as a Field Service Technician, demonstrating progressive responsibility and technical expertise in the battery and power systems industry.
Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior technicians.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of complex battery equipment and power systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate technical issues, utilizing your in-depth knowledge and advanced diagnostic tools.
Perform preventative maintenance, system upgrades, and performance optimization to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to avoid costly downtime.
Lead and mentor junior technicians, sharing expertise to enhance their skills and development.
