Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a highly motivated SR Field Service Technician IV to join the Energy Systems team. You will provide advanced on-site support for complex battery and power systems, lead junior technicians, and ensure high uptime through proactive maintenance and training.

You will diagnose issues, perform upgrades, and deliver detailed service documentation while traveling as needed to customer sites and installations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Field Service Technician in battery/power systems
• Technical degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field
• Ability to mentor junior technicians and lead small projects

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site installation, maintenance, repair of complex battery and power systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced issues using diagnostic tools
• Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for uptime and reliability
• Mentor junior technicians and lead field service projects
• Document service activities and produce technical reports
