Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; auto repair school preferred.
• 5–8+ years in automotive repair with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics.
• Experience with high voltage systems and leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and complex repairs in service centers and field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting support.
• Coach and mentor junior technicians and drive cross-functional collaboration.
