Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive repair schooling preferred.
• 5–8+ years automotive repair experience; bumper-to-bumper diagnostics.
• 3–8+ years HV (high voltage) systems experience and HV diagnostics.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (e.g., Shop Foreman, Team Lead).
• Proficient in Windows/Mac, work order systems, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform bumper-to-bumper diagnostics and complex repairs in service centers and field settings.
• Provide high-level diagnostic guidance and remote troubleshooting for field teams.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians and cross-functional partners.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to resolve electrical, HV, and network faults.
• Conduct road tests to verify repair quality and drive process improvements.
• Oversee parts operations: ordering, receiving, inventory, and billing.
