Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; automotive repair schooling preferred.
• 5–8+ years automotive repair and bumper-to-bumper diagnostics experience.
• HV experience on high voltage systems; leadership or mentoring background.
• Continuous improvement mindset and escalation-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, complex repairs, and inspections at centers and field sites.
• Provide high-level remote diagnostics and guidance using data and schematics.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians; lead problem-solving.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to resolve HV and network faults.
• Oversee parts operations including ordering, receiving, and billing.
• Document findings and provide root-cause analyses to engineers.
