Job summary
Electronic Power Design, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technician to deliver advanced field service support for electrical power and control systems.
You will lead installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with engineers, service personnel, and customers to deliver reliable field solutions and drive continuous improvement across projects.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license with clean record.
- 3–7 years of mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or field service experience.
- Strong knowledge of medium-voltage systems and electrical power distribution equipment.
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, startup, maintenance, and repair of electrical power systems.
- Lead field service activities while ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform equipment inspections, testing, and operational verification.
- Support customers across commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and energy industries.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems.
- Configure and service switchboards, motor control centers, drives, and automation systems.
- Interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
