Job summary
Honeywell is seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service by evaluating, testing, and maintaining combustion systems at customer sites. You will report to the Field Service Manager and work remotely from our Cleveland, Ohio location with a heavy travel commitment.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in field service or technical support.
- 3+ years knowledge of electronic, mechanical, or software systems.
- Experience inspecting complex equipment.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and service software.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel 70–80% domestically and occasionally internationally.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance at customer sites.
- Identify and resolve issues to ensure safe system performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance in the field.
- Document service activities and maintain records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
