Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver on-site service and support for combustion systems, evaluating, testing, and maintaining equipment across customer sites. You will report to the Field Service Manager and work remotely from our Cleveland, OH location with substantial travel.

You’ll diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient operation and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel 70–80% domestically and occasionally internationally

Responsibilities

• After proper Honeywell-specific training, you will perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
