Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to support and maintain combustion systems at customer sites. You will travel 70–80% domestically and internationally, working remotely from our client locations and reporting to the Field Service Manager.

You’ll test, diagnose, repair, and prevent outages, document activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety and reliability. This role requires strong technical skills and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing and able to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites after Honeywell training.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives
