Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service for combustion systems at customer sites. You will work remotely from our Cleveland, OH location with significant travel and direct reports to the Field Service Manager.

You will identify issues, perform testing and maintenance, and provide technical guidance to customers in the field, while documenting activities and supporting continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years technical knowledge of electronic, mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing and have the ability to travel 70% to 80% to customer sites domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• After proper Honeywell-specific training, you will be expected to perform testing, maintenance, and preventative maintenance of combustion systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
