Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality service by evaluating, testing, and maintaining complex combustion systems at customer sites. You will travel 70–80% domestically and internationally and report to the Field Service Manager from a remote Cleveland-based position.

You will support customers in the field, document activities, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical knowledge in electronics and mechanics.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software tools and schematic drawings.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel 70–80% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• After proper training, perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
