Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to perform testing, maintenance, and repair of combustion systems at customer sites across multiple locations. You will deliver technical support in the field, document activities, and work with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction while traveling 70%–80% of the time.

Qualifications

2+ years technical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems.
Experience using diagnostic tools and service management software.
Valid driver’s license required.
Willingness to travel 70%–80% domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

Perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites after training.
Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
