Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Field Service Technician to deliver in-field testing, maintenance, and support for combustion systems at customer sites. Remote work arrangement from our Cleveland, OH location with substantial travel (70–80%) to customer sites nationwide and occasional international assignments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electronic and mechanical experience.
• Experience with diagnostic tools, service management software, and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel 70–80% domestically and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• After proper Honeywell training, perform testing, maintenance, and preventive maintenance of combustion systems at customer sites.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure safe system performance, efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
