Carrier seeks a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers on new construction projects. You will manage training, coordinate resources, and ensure work remains within project budgets while delivering high quality field operations.

The role emphasizes mentoring, collaboration with project managers, and timely communication with customers and internal teams to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels and ensure timely delivery to administration and project managers.
• Coordinate project scheduling and resources with Project Managers and Branch Operations Managers.
• Lead, document, and participate in performance reviews for all direct reports and mentor new hires.
