Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, through Automated Logic, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of Field Engineers on new construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining budget adherence.

The role emphasizes communication with customers, managing schedules in Cora PPM, and collaboration with project managers and engineering to ensure quality and timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean and valid driver's license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment in excess of 8 feet above grade, and capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
• Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION: Provide necessary documentation and communication to all customer levels, sub-contractors, and management.
• Ensure proper time utilization from timesheet collection, site visits, and daily logs in Cora PPM.
• Follow up on all daily log collection for the Field Engineers and ensure timely delivery to administration and project managers.
• Be able to utilize Cora PPM to generate reports, spreadsheets, and schedules when necessary.
• Lead, document, and participate in yearly and semi-yearly performance reviews for all employees.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Graphics developers and programmers to provide feedback on quality, accuracy and standards development.
