Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Engineer Supervisor to lead the Construction Field Team and ensure efficient project execution while driving process improvements. You will focus on workforce planning, scheduling, and training, with 50-60% field time performing hands-on deliverables.

Responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, and ensuring high-quality installations, commissioning, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strict safety standards and collaborating across project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls industry.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Capable of climbing ladders or using lift equipment up to 8 feet; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Construction Field Team, overseeing scheduling and resource allocation for project execution.
• Drive training and development initiatives, including new product training and best practices.
• Monitor and improve team performance with regular assessments and reviews; foster accountability and growth.
• Participate in project bid reviews to ensure field labor costs are covered.
• Provide technical guidance to field engineers and support project delivery.
• Adhere to safety initiatives and collaborate with project team.
