Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Supervisor in Richardson, TX to lead and mentor Field Engineers on new construction projects. You will coordinate resources with project managers and subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure accurate documentation in Cora PPM. Strong HVAC experience and travel readiness are required.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, scheduling, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, construction or building automation
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Clean and valid driver’s license
• Capable of climbing ladders or lifting items up to 50lbs
• Ability to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Field Engineers; coordinate project execution.
• Ensure timesheets, site visits and logs are accurate in Cora PPM.
• Coordinate resources with Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings.
