Job summary

Automated Logic, a Carrier Company, is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers on new construction projects. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of assignments.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel regionally. Expect to own field calls, collaborate with engineers, and uphold high-quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary documentation and communication to customer levels and management; ensure field operations staff perform accordingly.
• Follow up on daily log collection for Field Engineers and deliver timely reports to administration and project managers.
• Represent Automated Logic professionally in meetings and defend the company’s interests with prepared answers and backup personnel as needed.
• Lead and participate in yearly and semi-yearly performance reviews for employees.
• Coordinate with Engineering and graphics/programming teams to provide feedback on quality and standards.
