Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a team of Field Engineers, mentor new hires, and coordinate resources for new construction projects in Cora PPM. You will ensure staff have the knowledge to perform work within project budgets and timelines.

In this role you will manage communication with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors, monitor timesheets and daily logs, and drive performance reviews to uphold quality and standards across the field operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, Construction or building automation and controls.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide documentation and communication to customers, sub-contractors and management.
• Monitor timesheets, site visits, and daily logs in Cora PPM.
• Lead, mentor, and perform performance reviews for field engineers.
• Coordinate resources for new construction projects in Cora PPM.
• Ensure on-time completion and budget adherence for projects.
