Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services LLC seeks a fully proficient senior field service lead to operate compressor packages and gas processing units. You will mentor teams, troubleshoot complex repairs, ensure high equipment availability, and support area budgeting.

This role requires strong electrical troubleshooting and proven leadership in field operations. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, extensive experience, and related certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• SSE program completion and 3+ years in intermediate Field Technician role preferred.
• Deep knowledge of gas processes and compressor packages.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates job activities in line with Kodiak procedures.
• Mentors and leads field technicians; supports scheduling and coverage.
• Maintain units, troubleshoot complex repairs, and ensure 98%+ mechanical availability.
• Provide input on area budget planning and parts supply to ensure timely maintenance.
