Role involves travel up to 60% globally and adherence to safety standards, with a strong focus on reliability and performance in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years field service experience; 4+ years on rotating equipment.
• Experience with Sundyne or similar rotating equipment and control systems preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and compliance in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, maintenance, and repair at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex rotating machinery issues (pumps, compressors, turbines).
• Collaborate with engineering to implement customer solutions meeting standards.
• Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and travel up to 60% (domestic/international).
