Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Advanced Field Service Engineer to deliver expert service for Sundyne rotating equipment and control systems. You will engage with customers to ensure optimal operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in demanding industrial environments, reporting to the Field Service Supervisor.

This remote role involves significant travel and collaborative problem solving. Ideal candidates have a STEM degree plus 6+ years in field service, including 4+ years on rotating equipment,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 6+ years field service engineering with 4+ years on rotating equipment and control systems.
• Hands-on experience with 100+ field service interventions.
• Proficiency with PLC/HMI, diagnostics, calibration and VFD systems.
• Knowledge of API, OSHA, ISO safety standards in field ops.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, maintenance, and repair at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot complex rotating equipment issues (pumps, compressors, turbines).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement compliant solutions.
• Conduct training for customers and internal teams on operation and safety.
• Ensure safety policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
