Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field with 7+ years of semiconductor equipment service or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to create structured problem-solving models and defensible troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer in Charge (EIC) and senior technical owner for assigned product lines and recovery projects.
• Establish a single executable technical plan with defined success criteria, decision points, owners and resources.
• Lead complex troubleshooting from containment to permanent resolution and prevention.
• Create and review MBPS artifacts: problem statements, system models, test matrices, decision trees, and action plans.
• Develop executable game plans with work sequence, parts, data capture, and success criteria.
• Lead Pre-Task Plans, risk assessments, and stop-work decisions for high-risk work.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during core business hours and support off-shift escalation as needed.
• Mentor new hires and developing FSEs through OJT and certification support.
