Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC in the United States is seeking a Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tools and equipment. You will install, maintain, demo, and upgrade complex systems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and read schematics to diagnose issues.

This role requires frequent company-paid travel, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with customers and team members to ensure equipment uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
• 3–5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMP equipment and related tools is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Read and translate mechanical/electrical schematics for testing and diagnosing issues.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Provide clear communication to coworkers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
