Job summary

MSR-FSR is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tools and equipment. The role involves installation, maintenance, testing, and upgrades, with frequent company-paid travel to client sites in the region.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, read schematics, document activities, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high safety and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
• 3-5 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with listed CMP tools and related equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Provide clear and concise communication to coworkers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
