Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC seeks an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support high-end semiconductor tools and equipment. This role requires frequent company-paid travel and involves installing, maintaining, testing, and upgrading complex systems in client facilities.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in semiconductors, an associate degree or equivalent training, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills. Proficiency with CMP tools and safety training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Proficient with CMP equipment and related tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade semiconductor equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on tools.
• Follow testing procedures and diagnose equipment issues.
• Complete job documentation and safety training.
• Read and interpret mechanical/electrical schematics.
• Communicate clearly with team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting.
