Job summary

MSR-FSR LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tooling and equipment. This role requires frequent company-paid travel to install, service, and upgrade CMP systems and related tools.

You will diagnose issues, document activities, and work with clients to ensure uptime and safety. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in semiconductors, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
3-5 years in the semiconductor industry.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CMP equipment such as Ebarra, AMAT, SpeedFam, IPEC, TEL Lithography, LAM Etch is highly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
