MSR-FSR is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer III to support semiconductor tools in the Phoenix area. The role involves installation, maintenance, and upgrade of equipment, with emphasis on troubleshooting and customer support.

Travel is frequently required and MSR-FSR emphasizes safety and teamwork. Requires 3–5 years in semiconductor and experience with CMP equipment, and proficiency with MS Office. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training and field experience.
• 3–5 years of experience within the semiconductor industry.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Install, maintain, demo, and upgrade equipment as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Follow training procedures and published task plans for testing and diagnosing equipment problems.
• Complete necessary job documentation and safety training.
• Read and translate mechanical and electrical schematics related to the tool.
• Provide clear and concise communication to co-workers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist junior field personnel on safety and troubleshooting procedures.
• Represent MSR-FSR professionally while putting the customer first.
