• Experience delivering high quality, reliable field service and customer support.
• Track record with repairs/maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency repairs, installations, site integrations, routine maintenance, and general technical service and support for customers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Service Operations to drive technical solutions and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ensure world-class support outcomes - CSAT, issue resolution time, and first-time-fix metrics.
• Document and complete service administration activities promptly in our CRM.
