Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 6+ years field service or related hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Advanced experience diagnosing and repairing complex medical device systems.
• Ability to independently resolve complex technical challenges and guide others.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventive maintenance, and escalations.
• Use service data and root-cause analysis to improve uptime and service quality.
• Act as a senior technical resource and mentor for field service teams.
