Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, seeks an Associate Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic systems across the territory. You will help maximize instrument uptime and ensure reliable workflows that impact patient care.

Remote work within the assigned territory is available, with travel up to 90% and a requirement for a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in a technical field; Associates Degree preferred.
• Foundational mechanical, electrical, electronic, biomedical, or instrumentation troubleshooting capability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams while learning to operate independently in a field-based service environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Leica instruments.
• Support high-quality customer experience through effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and support teams to resolve issues and ensure reliable workflows.
