Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 5 years of Field Service Engineer experience.
Ability to travel locally up to 95% and long‑distance up to 25%.
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with laboratory instrumentation and automation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving in diagnostic environments.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade diagnostic instruments and automation systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system‑level issues.
Serve as technical escalation point for critical customer issues.
Build and maintain customer relationships and manage territory.
