Ability to travel 30% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair diagnostic instruments to ensure uptime.
Diagnose issues across multiple instruments and document resolutions.
Manage customer relationships with proactive communication.
Plan service visits, maintain inventory, and support on-call and travel.
Follow regulatory and safety guidelines and document audits.
Mentor other field service staff and collaborate cross-functionally.
Meet service sales, cost of service, and KPI targets.
Use remote tools to maximize instrument uptime and certifications.
