Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Sr. Field Service Engineer / Sr Systems Administrator to lead field implementation across US hospitals.

This remote role requires extensive travel (75%) and hands-on installation of ACM HealthCast products, coordinating IT workstreams with project managers, and providing Level 2 support. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT with Windows, networking, virtualization (VMware), AD, and cloud experience (Azure).

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years IT experience with Windows based systems and networking.
• Experience with hospital environments is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Implementation efforts including significant travel to hospitals across the US.
• Perform hands-on installation work at customer locations for all ACM product offerings.
• Lead IT workstream meetings with project managers as SME for medical device/software offerings.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for HealthCast products and on-site IT trainings.
• Develop and deploy hardware/software tools to optimize field installations.
