Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for Lam's electro-mechanical systems at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, isolate issues to component level, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Keep up to date on Lam equipment and products through training and certification.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating activities between Lam and customers.
