Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years experience or advanced degree without experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality on-site repair, maintenance service, and installation/start-up at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and corrective actions to minimize downtime and equipment malfunctions.
• Stay up-to-date on semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products through learning and certification.
• Maintain records and reports coordinating activities between Lam and customer.
• Represent Lam professionally to customers and communicate status and opportunities transparently.
