Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Significant field-based technical support experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fueling payment, POS and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation scope of work and manage ASO technicians.
• Lead lab setup and product integration in customer environments.
• Provide field validation tests and beta programs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate to engineering.
