Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a technical/engineering field.
• Field-based technical support experience in fueling industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fueling payment, POS, and network systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation scope of work and supervise ASO technicians during installs.
• Provide Tier 3 technical support during and after implementation.
• Lead field validation, beta testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with commercial teams and engineering to resolve issues.
