Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support post-sale deployments, manage customer lab environments, and provide escalation support across L1/L2 teams. The ideal candidate will travel to customer sites, lead installation activities, and ensure successful product integration.

The role requires a technical engineering background, experience with fueling payment systems, and strong diagnostic capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in technical engineering; travel up to 50%.
• Prior field-based technical support in fueling industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fueling payment, POS, and networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation scope of work and oversee ASO technicians.
• Lead lab setup, software updates and product integration.
• Provide technical escalation support to L1/L2 teams.
• Support beta/field validation tests and field reports.
• Assist with trade show software and equipment testing.
