Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX, is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to define, integrate, and deliver complex product systems across multiple disciplines. You will act as the technical lead for major NPD programs, translating MRD into PRS while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and software domains, mentor engineers, and help advance common systems-engineering practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own system-level design and integration across electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, quality, manufacturing, and service disciplines.
• Lead NPD programs, translate MRD into PRS, and maintain requirements traceability.
• Define verification, validation, risk management, and regulatory compliance strategies.
• Mentor engineers and advance systems-engineering methods and standards.
