Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principle Field Service Engineer to manage installation, service, and repair of cardiovascular products across multiple U.S. locations, including Nashville, TN.

This field-based role requires coordinating with doctors, nurses and biomedical engineers, driving customer satisfaction and leading technical trainings. Responsibilities include remote support, servicing, and preventative maintenance, with significant travel and strong emphasis on data accuracy and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in field service for cardiovascular/electrophysiology equipment is preferred.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote and on-site technical support for cardiovascular devices.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment within territory.
• Maintain service records and drive customer satisfaction improvements.
• Lead training for internal/external customers on products and systems.
• Collaborate with field staff to ensure timely issue resolution and data accuracy.
• Participate in incident investigations and escalate critical issues.
