Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform Remote Technical Support to internal and external customers.
• Install, operate, repair and upgrade equipment within territory.
• Lead incidents, investigations, and corrective actions to improve service quality.
• Provide training and mentorship to field staff and customers.
• Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
