Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principle Field Service Engineer to support cardiovascular devices across multiple U.S. sites. This field-based role requires travel and relocation proximity to a major airport to install, operate, repair and upgrade complex equipment.

You will lead technical training, mentor Field Service staff, maintain service records, and act as a customer advocate to ensure satisfaction. A biomedical engineering or related degree with several years of hospital or field service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related with 6 years hospital/field service experience.
• Experience in Cardiology or Electrophysiology field is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to customers via the Call Center.
• Install, operate, repair, and upgrade equipment across territory.
• Develop preventative maintenance programs and maintain service records.
• Lead and mentor field service staff and communicate customer feedback.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage service metrics.
