Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Field Service Engineer to support installation, service, and repair of Cardiovascular/Biosense Webster products across multiple U.S. sites from Seattle to Denver and beyond.

The role emphasizes customer interaction, data analysis, and proactive service management. Under limited supervision, you will train customers, lead incident investigations, and collaborate with field teams to drive service improvements.

Qualifications

Vocational/Trade Certificate with 4–6 years related work experience.
Associate degree with 6 years’ Cardiology or EP field experience (preferred).
Associate degree with 6 years’ hospital or field service experience (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field with 6 years of hospital or field service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Perform remote technical support and manage installation, service and repair of equipment.
Lead in troubleshooting, maintenance programs and service records for assigned products.
Coordinate with Doctors, Nurses and Biomedical engineers to resolve issues.
Drive customer satisfaction and provide regular updates on issues and actions.
Train internal and external customers on products and systems.
Handle RMA processing, inventory audits and documentation per policy.
